Sitel bringing 200 permanent, full-time positions to Ocala

OCALA, Fla.— Sitel, a leading global customer care provider, today announced the availability of 200 new career opportunities for its Ocala customer experience center. These new permanent, full-time opportunities include roles for both agents and managers. The new Sitel Ocala team members will support inbound customer care for a leading telecommunications provider.
